We are a friendly, growing groups of lacemakers who would love to be joined by other crafters, so if you knot, sew, cross stich or patchwork and want to enjoy two hours of chat, craft and friendship we would love to see you.
Though we call ourselves a needlecraft club we have members doing all sorts of craft from knitting, Xstitch, to decopatch and beading and anything in between.
Ball Sports
Football
AFC Kesgrave currently have over 500 players registered across 23 football teams from U9's to U16's, plus 3 adult men's teams, a ladies team and a veterans side. The adult first team plays in Div 1 of the Touchline SIL league.
The Football Fun Factory was created to provide incredible childhood football experiences for boys and girls of all ages and ability levels.
Suffolk FA Walking Football is a slower-paced version of the Beautiful Game primarily aimed at the Over-50s.
Our aim is to provide the opportunity for boys and girls to play football and to develop the skills associated with this team sport.
Established in 2012, Footstars has expanded from a one hour a week session to a full time operation.
We have four different football classes each tailored to a different age group. We believe in something we call “Play not Push”. It means teaching football in a fun, pressure-free environment. We want to give children a positive introduction to sport as a whole, not just football, so they’re more likely to stay healthy and active throughout their lives.
Netball
A really fun introduction to netball for girls and boys with no previous experience necessary.
Established in 1999 Teachers Pets is a friendly club with 5 senior teams playing in The South Suffolk Netball League and 3 Junior teams playing in the South Suffolk Junior Netball League. The club has achieved bronze Caps accreditation.
Rugby
A fun way to improve fitness, in a fast paced, inclusive sport, with a friendly and welcoming club.

At Cricket tots Suffolk, your little one won’t only learn to play and love cricket. They’ll also be taking part in activities that will boost their physical, mental and social development, while having fun with their friends in a friendly and safe environment.
We have teams at all levels for men, ladies and juniors so there is every opportunity to play, we have excellent changing facilities with showers, a new two-lane outdoor net facility, covers and our own bar.

Ipswich and Kesgrave Bridge Club is the largest in the area. Given the size of our membership, we are a broad church and pride ourselves on being welcoming to players of all levels of experience.

Everyone is welcome, we play basic Canasta and we're happy to teach you how to play.

An Active Lawn Green Bowls Club with over 70 members.
We are a very friendly club, all ages welcome. It's a gentle and relaxing sport.
Petanque
The Kesgrave Rollers was formed to play matches in the Suffolk Coastal Petanque Alliance Leaque.

All Saints Church (CofE)
People have worshipped in All Saints, the Parish Church of Kesgrave, for at least 900 years and the building is still a living centre of Christian worship in Kesgrave.

Holy Family and St Michael's (RC)
The church was built in 1931 in memory of Squadron Leader Michael Rope and the 47 others, including the Secretary of State of Air, who died with him in the wreck of HM Airship R101 at Allonne near Beauvais on 5th October 1930.

Kesgrave Baptist Church
Kesgrave Baptist Church is an evangelical Baptist Church.
A crucial meeting in the life of the church as we meet with our God who is able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think.
We meet on Wednesday’s throughout the year at the church, with a time of hymn singing, Bible reading and a gospel message from a visiting speaker, followed by a cup of tea & chat.
a short service, including a short meditation from the Bible, one or two hymns or songs, and a time of prayer.
A mixture of traditional hymns, more modern songs, prayers, Bible readings, a children’s talk and a sermon that explains a passage in the Bible and applies it to our lives today.
The Bretheren
The Plymouth Brethren Christian Church is a Christian fellowship based on the Holy Bible as the Word of God. We are called upon to live a good life in accordance with its instructions.
The Cedars Spiritualists Church
The Cedars is the oldest-established Spiritualist Church in Ipswich and has been holding services since the 1920’s.
The Fields Church
Previously the Christian Family Church. They currently meet at Kesgrave High School.

Conservation
Kesgrave Conservation Group works in partnership with Kesgrave Town Council and Suffolk Coastal District Council to improve and maintain the open spaces and landscaping across Kesgrave.

Our friendly club has been in existence for over 60 years and has a thriving membership. We pride ourselves on our excellent track record of national success, especially with our club’s youngsters. The club has a dedicated team of helpers and supporters, who arrange numerous training and competition events.

Our Street Dance Classes are designed to be fun, energetic and for children to improve and enhance their dance ability. We are members of the United Dance Ogranisation UDO.

Kalga rent a 5 acre site at Lux Farm, Playford. The allotment site is located at the end of Playford Lane, Rushmere St Andrew.

Kesgrave Kruisers is a family friendly Running and Triathlon Club based in Kesgrave, Suffolk, UK. We train on Tuesday and Thursday nights, with monthly track sessions and additional social runs and other activities throughout the week.

Kesgrave parkrun is a FREE weekly 5km event for runners of all standards. It is not a race against other runners, but a 5k timed run and it can really be whatever you want it to be, whether that's for fun or as part of a training plan.
