There's separate advice about what to do if you've been in close contact with someone with COVID-19.
Information on Covid-19 and vaccinations

This website aims to offer residents of east and west Suffolk and north east Essex a single, comprehensive and accurate source of information on Covid-19 and vaccinations.
Created by health care experts at the Suffolk and North East Essex Integrated Care System (ICS), this locally focused site will contain lots of useful information to inform and reassure people during this time, enabling them to protect their own and their families physical and mental wellbeing.
Find your NHS number

This website helps you find your NHS number. This is one of the questions that will be asked when you need your covid vaccination and when people don’t know, they phone their GP surgery.
Asking people to utilise this service instead will help reduce unnecessary contact.
You can also use this service on behalf of someone else where the name, date of birth and registered home postcode is known. You can opt for the number to be sent to you by text, email or letter.
Order coronavirus (COVID-19) rapid lateral flow tests

You might be eligible to order a free pack of rapid lateral flow tests to be sent to your home.
Use this service to:
- check if you’re eligible to order rapid lateral flow tests
- order rapid lateral flow tests to be sent to your home if you’re eligible
NB: You cannot use this service to book tests for travel.
You can order one pack every 3 days if you’re eligible. A pack contains 7 tests. Your test pack will usually arrive within 3 days. It might take longer during busy periods or public holidays.
You can order for another household.
